This is how I did my Accounting Assignment in an hour:
- Clear your workspace of all distractions. Shut down your computer, turn off the TV, put away your phone, etc.
- Get out a stack of blank paper and pens or pencils.
- Write Accounting Assignment at the top of a sheet of paper or on a whiteboard so you can see it from afar to keep you on track with what you’re working on.
- Pick up the Accounting textbook. Open it up to page 123. Read through chapter 7 in 10 minutes (or whatever amount of time).
- Stop reading when you reach page 123 and answer the following questions that are written on the board/paper that says Accounting Assignment:
- What does cash mean?
- What does accounting refer to?
- Who are accountants?
- What does accounting involve?
- Why do we need accountants for financial statements?
- Why do people say that money doesn’t grow on trees?
I Did My Accounting Assignment In An Hour And Here’s How You Can Too!
If you’re in the middle of an accounting class, then you’re probably spending a lot of time on your homework assignments and final papers . . . or you should be! But what about all of those other tasks that go along with being an accounting major? What about your Accounting Assignment? Don’t worry! Here are some quick tips to help you do your Accounting Assignment more quickly.
What Was The Problem?
So what was the problem? The problem was that my Accounting assignment which should have taken two hours, took me four hours because I didn’t know what the first steps were for doing it. I had no clue about a framework or how to get started, so I did something similar to math homework when you’re told to come up with a formula or graph and it takes you forever: you just keep adding stuff. In fact, there are some similarities between accounting assignments and math homework because they both use formulas and graphs to show information.
If you understand what each of those parts means then creating a graph or a formula shouldn’t be too hard. In accounting assignments we have things like balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements etc., all of which require graphs or formulas to make them work properly. I think this is where most students fall down on their work as well- they don’t really understand what these terms mean on their own but they put them together without knowing what’s going on.
What Did You Do About It?
The typical student has a lot on their plate. What did you do about it? What is your plan? Get organized, set time management goals, stay focused. Write down tasks from class or work, research study questions ahead of time so that you’re not waiting for the last minute to start working. This will give you the opportunity to review before leaving for a date or social event at the end of the night, freeing up your mental focus for conversation instead of stress. Plan for long days by bringing healthy food that will keep you full throughout the day and energized enough to power through an afternoon slump on a piece of fruit alone.
Why Did It Work?
In the book, The One Hour A Day Entrepreneur by Rachel Cruze, I learned about how to do my accounting homework (well) without wasting too much of my valuable time. Some strategies from the book that you could use are: making a filing system for receipts and invoices, figuring out what needs to be done each week and jotting it down on your calendar, finding people who can help with parts of your business like taxes, reviewing your goals every day, being aware of where you are spending money when starting out so you don’t get carried away. Financial Statements
The balance sheet is one of the most common financial statements, it tracks assets, liabilities, and shareholder equity at a specific point in time. The income statement is another very common financial statement. It tracks revenue from sales or other sources and expenses from operations over a period of time. Last but not least, the cash flow statement shows how cash has been flowing into or out of a business on a given day for example.
Ratio Analysis
After reviewing my ratio analysis, I found that my ratios were all within the recommended ranges. For example, my debt-to-equity ratio was 0.85; whereas, the recommended ratio is between 1 and 2. I also found that my current ratio was 1.15; whereas, the recommended range is between 1 and 2. These ratios show that I am making good use of my current assets because they are generating more revenue than they are spending to keep them running. Furthermore, this means that I have enough cash on hand to support any unexpected expenses or losses that may happen in the future. In conclusion, after doing a quick calculation of these ratios for myself, it turns out that everything is right where it should be for me to run my business successfully!
